Cucumbers! Warm Weather Snacks

How about a super easy cucumber snack for this summer? This requires very little cooking skills! You do need knife skills however.

Ingredients

Cucumbers

Onions

Salt & Pepper

White Vinegar

Water

 

Peel and slice cucumbers and onion. Add Salt and Pepper. Cover with mixture of 50/50 Vinegar and Water. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Eat alone or on sandwiches. Anything you can dream up!

Stir some more! Cover and refrigerate overnight.
